Engineering and System Design

We provide site surveys, requirement analysis, system architecture and detailed engineering design for industrial facilities and public authorities.

During specification writing, equipment selection and integration planning we work from the client's existing equipment inventory and established operating practice, rather than imposing a platform.

SV-02

PLC / DCS / RTU Software

We develop PLC, RTU and HMI software on Siemens, Schneider, ABB, WAGO and Motorola MOSCAD / ACE3600 platforms.

Working in IEC 61131-3 languages — ladder, FBD, SCL and ST — we implement cascade pump control, PID loops, running-hour balancing and automatic changeover to standby equipment.

SCADA and Telemetry Systems

We build SCADA and telemetry infrastructures that bring geographically dispersed wells, pumping stations, reservoirs and metering points into a single control centre.

Supported protocols include OPC UA, Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104 and IEC 61850 MMS/GOOSE. Communication is delivered over GPRS/LTE, RF link or fibre ring.

Electrical and Automation Panel Manufacturing

Main distribution boards, motor control centres, automation panels and power factor correction panels are designed for each project and built in our own workshop.

Because manufacturing is not subcontracted, schedule and quality control stay with us — revision requests are handled within days rather than weeks.

For enclosures, busbar systems and switchgear components we prefer domestic manufacturers holding TSE and IEC certification. This shortens lead times and provides an advantage in tenders that require local content certification.

Field Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance

We carry out every step from panel placement, cabling, instrument installation and communication infrastructure through to site acceptance testing.

We offer annual maintenance agreements and emergency response over remote connection for systems we have commissioned as well as third-party installations.
