SCADA system for an irrigation scheme comprising 60 deep wells, one pumping station and two collection reservoirs. With wellhead RTUs, map-based monitoring, trending and alarm management, the entire scheme is operated from a single control centre.
Manufacture, site installation and central SCADA integration of automation panels for 12 pumping stations operated by the Ankara Water and Sewerage Administration. Integration with the existing ASKİ SCADA infrastructure was achieved using Motorola ACE3600 RTUs.
Refurbishment of the existing automation systems at two irrigation pumping stations to current standards. Panel manufacture, software and commissioning were completed under single-contractor responsibility.
Full PLC/SCADA automation of the dosing, mixing and discharge systems at a cement plant. Recipe-based production, weighbridge integration and batch reporting were implemented.

Cement plant automation system
MV/LV monitoring and control system based on Citect SCADA 7.3. Eight Schneider P3U30 MV protection relays in the regulator building and P3U30 relays in five transformer kiosks are collected over WAGO PFC300 RTUs using IEC 61850 MMS/GOOSE and transferred to Citect SCADA over IEC 60870-5-104. Seven-node fibre ring backbone (ERPS/G.8032, <50 ms recovery) with a copper ring access layer.

Integration of six 31.5 kV and twenty-three 6.3 kV MV cubicles into ABB MicroSCADA via RTU560 series units. Communication with MV power analysers, GPS time synchronisation and interface to the generator synchronisation system.

Electricity, water, wastewater and natural gas metering automation with billing. A 53-camera pole-mounted CCTV system. Booster station and reservoir process automation.
