Privacy Notice

This notice explains why personal data collected by İDY Mühendislik Otomasyon Elektrik Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi through www.idymuhendislik.com.tr is processed, to whom it may be transferred, and what rights the data subject has.

Through the quotation request form on this site we collect only the following:

• Identity data: first name, last name
• Contact data: e-mail address, telephone number
• Transaction data: organisation or company name, enquiry subject, description of the project scope

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor behaviour is not monitored and no third-party analytics tool is loaded.

3 · Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed solely for:

• preparing and sending you a quotation in response to your enquiry
• communicating with you during the quotation process
• performing the business relationship should a contract be concluded

Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-(c), "directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract", and Art. 5/2-(f), "legitimate interests of the data controller". No processing outside this scope takes place, and your data is not used for marketing.

4 · Transfer

Your personal data is not shared with third parties; it is neither sold nor rented. It may be transferred to authorised public institutions only where a legal obligation requires it. The infrastructure providers used to deliver form submission and e-mail services act as data processors and have access only to the extent the service requires.

5 · Retention period

Enquiries that do not result in a contract are deleted after 2 years. Data relating to enquiries that become contracts is retained for 10 years, the statutory retention period for commercial books and records under Article 82 of Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102.

6 · Rights of the data subject

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, request information about it
• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data
• request erasure or destruction of the data where the conditions are met
• request that rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
• claim compensation should you suffer damage
